Cheese Khakra Chaat

Chaats are something, you always feel excited about. Khakra is known across the country for its crispiness and is completely a healthy snack to munch on when you feel a little hungry. Cheese Khakra Chaat is an interesting variation of the Gujarati cuisine and you will love this delicious combination.
INGREDIENTS
  • 10 gm khakra
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup green chutney
  • 1/2 cup Tamrind chutney
  • 1 cup aaloo bhujia
  • 1 cup sev
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 2 pinches White Pepper Powder
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese-cheddar
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves

For The Garnishing

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese-cheddar
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves

For The Main Dish

  • 1 cup chopped tomato

For Topping

  • 1 cup sev
How to make Cheese Khakra Chaat
  • Step 1

    Take a deep pan and fry the khakra just for 2 second until they become pink and crispy.

  • Step 2

    Keep them aside, take 1 khakra and spread both chutney evenly over it.

  • Step 3

    Then spread tomatoes and cucumbers, salt, pepper powder, some chutney again then puffed rice and aloo bhujia over it. You can also take farsan instead of aaloo bhujia, if you want a more Gujarati taste.

  • Step 4

    Then decorate the fried khakra with cheese, red sev, yellow sev and coriander leaves.

  • Step 5

    Pour a little green chutney and tamarind chutney and serve it immediately.
