Quinoa & Jamun Salad

Serves – 2

Time – 15 Minutes to prepare

INGREDIENTS

1 cup quinoa

2 cups of water

100 gms jamun

1 cucumber

2 tomatoes

2 spring onions

1 tsp pepper powder

2 lemons

4 tbsp olive oil

Salt

METHOD

Boil quinoa on low flame & cool it down.

Mix it with chopped jamuns, cucumber, tomatoes & spring onions.

Add some lemon juice & crushed jamuns to it.

Add olive oil, salt & pepper powder.

Mix well & serve it on salad leaves.
