This healthy and tasty dessert made with oats and nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios) is served on festivals and special occasions. Try this easy dessert recipe that will be loved by people of all age groups.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds
  • 1/4 cup crushed cashews
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 2 tablespoon powdered green cardamom
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
  • 2 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
How to make Oats Nuts Laddu
  • Step 1

    Dry roast the oats and grind to a coarse powder.

  • Step 2

    Dry roast the nuts and grind to a coarse powder. Combine both in a large bowl.

  • Step 3

    Combine both in a large bowl and mix well.

  • Step 4

    Heat ghee in a pan and add to the bowl.

  • Step 5

    Mix well and make small ladoos. Keep them on a plate and allow to set.

  • Step 6

    Store in air-tight container.
