Ice Gola is a North Indian recipe very famous with kids. Made using just ice and flavored syrup, this delicious dessert recipe is a must have after your meal. INGREDIENTS
  • 100 gm crushed ice cubes
  • 1 dash salt
  • 4 teaspoon lemon sherbet
  • 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
  • 3 pinch black salt

METHOD

How to make Ice Gola
  • Step 1

    You can grind the ice with a blender. You can do this provided you have the right blades for it. Otherwise, the manual method is to tie a few pieces of ice in a cloth and then pound it with a hammer or rolling pin.

  • Step 2

    Once the crush is ready you can either mold it into a round shape buy cupping your hands or you can put it into the molds of different shapes.

  • Step 3

    Compress the ice around the head of the ice cream stick as the centre to hold the candy. Now keep the candy in a bowl of similar size and pour the lemon syrup on it. You can use any flavor of the syrup according to your liking!

  • Step 4

    Season it with salt and black salt and serve!
