3/4 cup frozen KINGS Frozen Blueberries
1 bunch power greens (kale, chard, and/or spinach)
1 Tbsp organic peanut or nut free butter
1 cup almond milk
1/2 frozen ripe banana
2 pitted dates
1/2 cup ice
Add items in listed order to a blender. Pulse first to combine then increase speed until smooth.
